Reporting a statement that doesn’t convert well

The most helpful reports tell us:

• The bank or card issuer and the country.
• The column headings printed above the transactions, exactly as written.
• What went wrong: missing rows, wrong dates, amounts in the wrong column, signs reversed, and so on.
• Whether the PDF was downloaded from online banking or scanned.

Please do not send us your real statements. They contain personal and financial information, and the whole point of this tool is that your documents never leave your device. If an example would help, black out or replace names, numbers and descriptions first.

For advertising or partnership enquiries, use the same email address with a short description of your proposal.
