The tool converts PDF statements into data files. Processing takes place in your web browser; we do not receive your documents. The tool is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Only convert documents you are entitled to use.
  • Review the converted data before relying on it. Automated extraction can make mistakes, especially with unusual layouts or scanned documents. Use the balance check and compare totals with the original statement.
  • Do not misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, or interfering with its advertising.

4. No professional advice

The site and its guides provide general information only. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.

The site and tool are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The original statement issued by your bank remains the authoritative record.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors. The tool uses open-source components, including PDF.js and Tesseract.js, under their respective licences. The data you convert remains yours.

8. Third-party links and ads

The site contains advertisements and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
