    About Public Bank Berhad statements

Public Bank is a Malaysian commercial bank headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, offering personal and business accounts through its PBe online banking service.

Public Bank e-statements are retrieved in PBe online banking by account and statement date and open as PDF files. They cover current accounts, savings accounts linked to the PB Day2Day Lifestyle Debit Card, fixed deposits, gold investment, credit cards, loans and hire purchase. The first e-statement appears two days after the account's next statement date, and how often statements are produced depends on the account type.

Tips for converting Public Bank statements

    • Public Bank statements are produced at intervals that depend on the account; combine several statements in the converter to build a continuous ledger for the year.
    • If you only have a scanned paper Public Bank statement, turn on OCR in the converter and review the balance check closely, since scanned figures are more error-prone.

Importing Public Bank transactions into accounting software

For SQL Accounting, AutoCount, Xero and QuickBooks, export CSV or OFX after checking the preview. Amounts are written as plain numbers without the RM sign, so they import cleanly as values. Step-by-step help: Xero, QuickBooks.
