How these statements are laid out
Statements from global payment platforms are generated by the platform rather than a local bank, so date order and number formatting follow the account's language and region settings. Every line is tied to a currency, and conversions are shown with an exchange rate or as paired entries in two currencies. PayPal activity reports split gross, fee and net amounts, while Wise statements show a running balance for each currency.

Frequently asked questions
Which banks does the converter support?
It reads the transaction table directly, so it works with digital PDF statements from most providers, including PayPal and Wise. Unusual layouts can be corrected in the preview before export.
Does it understand YYYY-MM-DD dates and Multi-currency1,234.56 amounts?
Yes. The converter detects the date order and decimal separator from the statement itself. Exports default to YYYY-MM-DD on this page, and you can switch to any other format before downloading.
Can I import the result into Xero and QuickBooks?
Yes. Export CSV or OFX, both of which are accepted by most accounting packages used in most countries, or Excel if you want to review and edit the data first.
Are my statements uploaded anywhere?
No. Conversion runs entirely in your web browser. The PDF and any password you enter stay on your device and are discarded when you close the page.
