About BDO Unibank statements
BDO Unibank is a Philippine bank headquartered in Makati City and part of the SM Group of companies.
BDO Online offers downloadable statements for checking accounts and credit cards only; savings accounts show an account summary and transaction details instead. Checking statements are picked by month and year, and the Statements screen also has a Cheques view with scanned images of processed cheques. Credit card eSOAs are password-protected PDFs. In transaction history BDO shows the posting date, so weekend and holiday transactions appear on the next banking day.

How to download your BDO statement as a PDF
- Log in to the BDO Online app or the BDO Online website.
- Tap or click Accounts, then choose the checking account or credit card.
- Select Statements, then choose the month and year.
- App: tap the share icon. Website: click the printer icon to save.
- Missing a deposit account? Add it under More, then Manage Accounts.
Menu names can change between app and website versions.
BDO statement PDF password
Credit card eSOA default password from 15 June 2025: your date of birth as Mmmddyyyy, meaning a three-letter month with a capital first letter, then the two-digit day and four-digit year.
Type the password into the converter when it asks. It is used only inside your browser to open the file and is never sent anywhere.
BDO CSV and Excel downloads vs converting the PDF
BDO Online shows transaction details for checking and savings accounts, but BDO's FAQ doesn't mention a CSV or Excel export, and statement PDFs are only offered for checking accounts and credit cards. Converting those PDFs is the route to a spreadsheet.
Converting the PDF statement is useful when you need periods outside that window, an account that is closed, or the exact figures printed on the official statement, including the running balance for reconciliation.
Tips for converting BDO statements
- BDO credit card eSOAs open with your date of birth in Mmmddyyyy form by default; enter it in the converter and the PDF is unlocked locally, never uploaded.
- Cheque numbers on BDO checking statements go into the Reference column, so cleared cheques can be matched against the scanned images in the Cheques view.
- Credit card eSOAs usually have no running balance to re-add; compare the converted total with the eSOA summary, and use Flip signs if purchases import as credits.
Importing BDO transactions into accounting software

What is the password for my BDO credit card eSOA?
Since 15 June 2025, BDO's default eSOA password is your date of birth written as Mmmddyyyy: the three-letter month with a capital first letter, then the two-digit day and four-digit year. Before that date the default used ddMmmyyyy order instead. BDO reminds cardholders never to share the password.
How do I download a BDO statement in the BDO Online app?
