About Bank of the Philippine Islands statements

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is a Makati-headquartered bank and part of the Ayala group.

BPI shows statements under My statements in BPI Online and the BPI app, where you pick the account or card and the statement date, then download a PDF. Credit card statements are also emailed each month as password-protected PDFs within three days of the cut-off date, and the email explains how to work out the password. Amounts are in Philippine pesos.

    Tips for converting BPI statements

    • BPI credit card eStatements arrive password protected; enter the password from the email instructions and the converter unlocks the PDF locally without uploading it.
    • Combine several months of BPI statements in the converter to produce one CSV for your accountant or for a loan application that asks for months of history.

Importing BPI transactions into accounting software

For QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books, export CSV or OFX after checking the preview. Amounts are written as plain numbers without the ₱ sign, so they import cleanly as values. Step-by-step help: QuickBooks, Xero.
