About OCBC Bank statements
OCBC Bank (Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation) is a Singapore-headquartered bank offering personal and business accounts, including the OCBC 360 savings account.
OCBC keeps eStatements and eLetters together under Documents in the OCBC app and Internet Banking, where they can be filtered by category or date. From 30 June 2026 these documents are no longer emailed, so the app and Internet Banking are where you collect them. The viewable history is being extended year by year, from three years in 2026 to five years by 2028.

Tips for converting OCBC statements
- OCBC statements use day-first Singapore dates; the converter detects the order, and Read dates as can override it for a short statement with ambiguous days.
- Since OCBC stopped emailing eStatements in June 2026, save each month’s PDF from the app and combine them in the converter for a yearly spreadsheet.
Importing OCBC transactions into accounting software
For Xero, QuickBooks and Zoho Books, export CSV or OFX after checking the preview. Amounts are written as plain numbers without the S$ sign, so they import cleanly as values. Step-by-step help: Xero, QuickBooks.
