About United Overseas Bank statements
UOB (United Overseas Bank) is a Singapore-headquartered bank with operations across Southeast Asia, offering personal and business accounts such as the UOB One account.
UOB archives eStatements for up to five years from the date you subscribe, and statements issued before you switched to digital are not available online. In the UOB TMRW app they sit under Services, then eStatements, with the last three months shown by default and a date-range search reaching back about a year. Personal Internet Banking holds the same archive for retrieval on a computer.

Tips for converting UOB statements
- TMRW only searches back about a year; for older UOB statements use Personal Internet Banking, then convert and combine the PDFs into one Excel file.
- Convert UOB card and deposit statements as separate files; card statements may need Flip signs so purchases appear as money out.
Importing UOB transactions into accounting software
For Xero, QuickBooks and Zoho Books, export CSV or OFX after checking the preview. Amounts are written as plain numbers without the S$ sign, so they import cleanly as values. Step-by-step help: Xero, QuickBooks.
