About Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank statements

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and offers retail, business and Islamic banking.

ADCB emails e-statements to your registered address every month as password-protected PDFs with 128-bit encryption, each carrying a digital bank stamp at no charge. Statements for a specific period can also be generated on demand in ADCB Personal Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking App. Amounts are in UAE dirhams or the account's own currency, typically with a running balance beside each transaction.

Typical United Arab Emirates statement headings and where they go in your export:

Also known as ADCB Bank and ADCB UAE.

How to download your ADCB statement as a PDF

    1. Log in to ADCB Personal Internet Banking.
    2. Under Accounts in the left-hand menu, choose Account Statement.
    3. Select the account, choose Specific Period, enter the dates and click Submit.
    4. Click PDF Download to save the digitally stamped statement.

Menu names can change between app and website versions.

ADCB CSV and Excel downloads vs converting the PDF

In the Mobile Banking App, Download Statement asks you to select a file format for the chosen date range, while Internet Banking offers a PDF download. ADCB doesn't publish the format list or a maximum range, so check the options shown in the app.

Converting the PDF statement is useful when you need periods outside that window, an account that is closed, or the exact figures printed on the official statement, including the running balance for reconciliation.

    Tips for converting ADCB statements

    • ADCB e-statements are always password protected; enter your password in the converter, which unlocks the PDF in your browser so the file is never uploaded.
    • If ADCB accepts the date range you need, one Specific Period statement can replace several monthly e-statements and gives the balance check a single continuous run.
    • For accounts held in a currency other than dirhams, confirm the converted amounts match the statement currency before exporting OFX to your accounting software.

Importing ADCB transactions into accounting software

For Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks and Xero, export CSV or OFX after checking the preview. Amounts are written as plain numbers without the AED sign, so they import cleanly as values. Step-by-step help: QuickBooks, Xero.
