About Emirates NBD statements
Emirates NBD is a Dubai-headquartered banking group whose businesses include Emirates Islamic and the digital bank Liv.
Emirates NBD e-statements are PDFs emailed to your registered address at the same frequency as paper statements, with the account number and address masked. No statement is generated for a billing period without transactions. Each file is password protected with your CIF ID, and each account needs its own subscription. Stamped statements on bank letterhead for official purposes can be requested separately.

Tips for converting Emirates NBD statements
- Emirates NBD e-statements open with your CIF ID, the middle eight digits of your account number; type it without trailing spaces and the converter unlocks the file locally.
- If you hold several Emirates NBD accounts, check which CIF each statement belongs to; a password error often means the CIF of another account was entered.
- A missing month may simply mean the account had no transactions; Emirates NBD skips statements for inactive periods, which shows as a gap when you combine files.
Importing Emirates NBD transactions into accounting software
For Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks and Xero, export CSV or OFX after checking the preview. Amounts are written as plain numbers without the AED sign, so they import cleanly as values. Step-by-step help: QuickBooks, Xero.

Frequently asked questions
What is the password for my Emirates NBD e-statement?
Emirates NBD says the e-statement password is your primary CIF ID, which is the middle eight digits of your account number. How do I register for Emirates NBD e-statements?
Customers registered for online banking are subscribed by default. Otherwise call 600 54 0000, authenticate with your 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN, choose the accounts option and select the account, or submit a request at a branch. Each account needs its own subscription.
Why didn't I get an Emirates NBD e-statement this month?
Emirates NBD doesn't generate a statement for a billing period with no transactions, whatever the balance. If you did have transactions, check that your registered email is up to date and look in junk or spam folders. If it still hasn't arrived, call 600 54 0000.
