About Mashreq Bank statements
Mashreq is a Dubai-headquartered bank offering personal and business banking, including its digital Mashreq Neo accounts.
Mashreq handles e-Statements through Mashreq Mobile and Mashreq Online Banking, where you subscribe and then view them. For accounts such as NEO On Arrival, Mashreq states that a monthly e-statement goes to your registered email, with transactions viewable in the app in between. Amounts are in UAE dirhams or the account's own currency, and Mashreq's public pages don't say how many months stay available online.
Typical United Arab Emirates statement headings and where they go in your export:

| Debit | Debit (and negative Amount) |
| Credit | Credit (and positive Amount) |

Also known as Mashreq Neo and Mashreqbank.

Tips for converting Mashreq statements
- If a Mashreq e-statement arrives as a password-protected PDF, enter the password in the converter; unlocking happens in your browser and the file stays on your device.
- If you receive monthly Mashreq e-statements, combine a year of them in the converter; the balance check flags any month where the running balance fails to carry over.
Importing Mashreq transactions into accounting software
For Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks and Xero, export CSV or OFX after checking the preview. Amounts are written as plain numbers without the AED sign, so they import cleanly as values. Step-by-step help: QuickBooks, Xero.

Where can I see my Mashreq statement in the app?
