About ING Australia statements
ING in Australia is a digital bank and part of the Dutch ING Group, known for its Orange Everyday transaction account and Savings Maximiser.
ING issues a statement for each account, such as Orange Everyday or Savings Maximiser, and also lets you generate an interim statement covering activity since the last regular one. In Online Banking you choose the account and period from a drop-down, click Find and download a PDF. Statements list transactions in date order with a running balance, which lets the converter reconcile each row.
Typical Australia statement headings and where they go in your export:

| Date | Date |
| Transaction Details | Description |

| Credit | Credit (and positive Amount) |
| Withdrawals | Debit (and negative Amount) |

Tips for converting ING statements
- For the current month, download Interim statement (most recent statement) and convert it; dates are completed and the balance check runs exactly as on a regular ING statement.
- Convert Orange Everyday and Savings Maximiser statements as separate files so each running balance reconciles on its own before you export to Excel or CSV.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get an ING statement in the app?
Log in to the ING app, select the account, open the Manage menu and choose Statements. Pick the period you need, or Interim statement (most recent statement) for activity since your last statement, then download and save the PDF. It can then be converted to Excel, CSV or OFX.
What is an ING interim statement?
It covers the period after your last regular statement and is offered on the same Statements screen in the app and in Online Banking. It is useful when a lender or accountant needs recent transactions, and the PDF converts like any other ING statement.
Is it safe to convert my ING statement here?
Yes. The conversion happens on your own device; your ING statement is not uploaded, stored or shared. This site is independent and not affiliated with ING Australia.
