How to download your NAB statement as a PDF
- Sign in to NAB Internet Banking with your NAB ID and password.
- Select Accounts in the menu, then Account statements.
- Choose the account and a date range, then select Search.
- Tick up to 25 statements and select Download.
Up to 7 years of statements in NAB Internet Banking and up to 2 years in the NAB app. Closed-account statements are available for up to 7 years if online statements were switched on before closing.

NAB CSV and Excel downloads vs converting the PDF
NAB Internet Banking shows up to two years (731 days) of transaction history, which can be exported as a spreadsheet, QIF file or PDF from Accounts, then Transaction history. Statements reach back seven years, so converting PDFs covers the years the export cannot.
Converting the PDF statement is useful when you need periods outside that window, an account that is closed, or the exact figures printed on the official statement, including the running balance for reconciliation.
