    About TSB Bank statements

TSB is a UK high-street bank offering current accounts, savings, loans, mortgages and credit cards.

TSB places statements and letters in a Digital Inbox that every customer has, whether or not they have gone paperless. Paperless statements are PDFs that mirror the paper versions, and TSB says it never alters or deletes items in the inbox. For closed accounts, TSB supplies up to five years of past transactions on paper only, which can run to around 60 pages.

Typical United Kingdom statement headings and where they go in your export:

    Also known as TSB UK.

    2. Find the statement and tap it to open.
    3. Tap the download icon; the next step varies by device.
    4. In Internet Banking, click 'Your Inbox' at the top right.

Menu names can change between app and website versions.

TSB CSV and Excel downloads vs converting the PDF

TSB documents its statements as PDFs in the Digital Inbox and, for closed accounts, provides transaction history on paper only. Converting the PDFs is the practical way to get TSB statement data into Excel or accounting software.

Converting the PDF statement is useful when you need periods outside that window, an account that is closed, or the exact figures printed on the official statement, including the running balance for reconciliation.

    Tips for converting TSB statements

    • Download several months from the Digital Inbox and add them to the converter together; it combines them into a single Excel or CSV file.
    • Closed-account history from TSB arrives on paper. Scan it to PDF, use the converter's optional OCR, then run the balance check to catch any misread figures.

Importing TSB transactions into accounting software

For Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent, export CSV or OFX after checking the preview. Amounts are written as plain numbers without the £ sign, so they import cleanly as values. Step-by-step help: Xero, QuickBooks.

    Frequently asked questions

Where are my TSB statements in the app?

TSB keeps statements in your Digital Inbox. In the app, tap the profile icon, then 'Inbox', open the statement and tap the download icon. In Internet Banking the same inbox sits under 'Your Inbox' at the top right of the screen.

How do I get transaction history for a closed TSB account?

TSB can provide up to five years of history from before the closure date, free of charge, if you ask within five years. For now it comes on paper, posted or collected from a branch. Scanning it to PDF lets the converter's OCR read the figures.

Is it safe to convert my TSB statement here?

Yes. The conversion happens on your own device; your TSB statement is not uploaded, stored or shared. This site is independent and not affiliated with TSB Bank.
